Answer    : Right after You agree with our offering , just an easy deal and drop amount money of 25% from the total payment , and We will provide every service as agreed.The deposit could be sent by Our bank account.and the rest of your bill  must be completely paid upon your arrival.The payment can be in local currency of Indonesian Rupiah , US Dollar , EURO or other valid realible foreign Currency with rate of the day exchange.

Question  : What is the coverage of your regular tours?Should I still tip the operator in charge ?

Answer   : The rate shown coversAir Conditioned  VEHICLE with Licenced Driver and gasoline.The Gratuity for The Driver and Tour Guide with choice of language are NOT  INCLUDED yet.Car Hire service,if You wish to rent our Vehicle with the Driver only,all parking fee,Toll Road (if any),and admission fee to enter the Tourist Object are NOT INCLUDED either.However If You wish our full service in organizing your Tours,so all expenses occur , related with our exurtion,like Entrance Fee , Toll Road ,  parking fee , even the permit to take photograph ( if any )are inculed.The meals are also covered by this service as of Itenerary agreed.

Question  : Are you also responsible for the Flight Delay ? due to the bad weather , for instance?

Answer    : We work together with all airliners , as a member of ASITA ( the Association of Indonesian Tours and Travel Agency) , We are totally also backed up by IATA ( The International Air Transport Association ) , which always provide all services related with the Flight delay.The service cover  : Meals Hours , Refreshment at the airport where the flight delay is taking place , up to the free Hotel room / accomodation plus the shuttle to reach the hotel , in case our Clients still have to stay over night , when You are not permitted by the bad weather to take off
